Dec 13th.....

Had body fat tested 24% which is kinda where I figured since my diet has been sucking due to lack of planning on my part...This was the calipers and the 6 site test....


squats 3 x 10 90#
squat press 2 x 15 240#
calf raises 3 x 15 280#
leg curl 3 x 10 70#
glute cable kick backs 2 x 12 37.5#
cable hip ad 2 x 12 37.5#
cable hip ab 2 x 12 37.5#

45 min walk on the trail in the woods w/ my doggies

Lat pull down 2 X 15 90#
Seated cable rows 2 x 15 100#
Chest press incline DB 2 x 15 15#
Bicycles (core) 2 x 30
Planks (core) 3 x 30

Ladders 3 x 5
(2.30 miles...255 cals)
Thought I was going to die....nice to mix the cardio/running up a bit...

Laughing that my legs are still sore from weights this week.....Will run later...

1.5 mile run....windy/cold...but my knee had a funky pain so I stopped :worried:
