Purchased! No more fegging worring about how I will train!

Gonna get 300lbs Oly weights prolly tomorrow. Not sure when the equipment will get to me but I'm thinking sometime early next week.

It has everything I will need for a complete workout Only thing I didn't care for is it came equipped with that devil thing.... eek!

When I first started squatting I tried it... killed my knees. It puts me at a very unconfortable angle unless I put a block under my heels. I do like the fact that I can play with my bench a bit using it, I'm still gun shy about benching with the elbow issues.
