Day 17: chest & cardio
Ok. So I decided to renew my membership at my old gym so I could work out with a few friends. Feels good to work out in a good place again.
Incline press: 70,80,90 pounds
Decline hammer. 180, 230, 270, 360>>>>>shed plates and drop.
Machine press superset with kneeling fly.
5 set fly super set with press. Adjust level of bench: 4,3,2,1,4 (incline setting)
One hour of cardio.
It felt good working out with 2 other guys and pushing it hard. My cardio flew and I wanted to keep going. My chest workout is the best I've had in a few months and I can't wait to keep it going.
The GW is kicking in very hard. I cheated this weekend for valentines day yet I'm still tightening my belt more and more.
