Guy broke both his knees on the hack squat.

I just got back from the gym. I was doing my normal chest routine. I heard these loud teenagers talking like they ran the place. They are the kind of guys that use momentum to do dumbell curls. You know they swing the dumbell back, arch their back, then lift the dumbell.:rolleyes:

Well they get on the hack squat and start adding plates. They got up to 7 plates on each side. They were basically just locking and unlocking their knees. So they are still yelling and acting like assholes. Then a fat guy gets on their and says "watch this", He lowers the handles unlocks his knees and the weight comes crashing down breaking his knees. Do i feel sorry for him? Fuck no.His friends carry him tot he front. I dont know if an Amublance came or if they brought him to the hospital. Im a teenager too, but i guess i know how to act compared to these fuckers.



These guys has no business even putting 3 plates on each side.
 
You should have heard them screaming. "We are the strongest ones in here!" "Hey add another plate" "Look at these legs"



I couldnt see one define muscle on any of their five bodies.
 
7 plates on the hack machine is a shitload of weight. If it happened the way I imagine it, that boy is seriously fucked. LOL.
 
So wait... His legs broke backwards? like a hyperextension break? That sound so painful... Sucks for that bastard...

I have done 6 on each side and I have pretty good legs. And yes I would say they are fucked!!! OUCH! Dumbass!

well some people learn the hard way , I just hope that the little fuckers parent's don't try to sue your gym.

I saw a similar thing happen on the bench , a 15 yr old tried to press 225 , the first and only time he ever got under a weight. He got it just off the rack and on the way down when it slipped off the tips of his fingers and fell on his face
