Can someone tell me what this is and what it does for women, is it a legal substance?? I've heard about it before but wasn't sure what it did ? I have a low thyroid myself, but my doc says its not low enough to treat. I'm getting it ck. again in 2 weeks for a second opion.

its a piece of crap herb from india. Not woth it IMO.. If you want to raise youre thyroid make sure you get enough iodine in your diet.

Brocolli is a terrible choice since, like all cruciferous vegitables, it contains "thiourea" which is a goitergen. In other words, it supresses thyroid function.

Guggle sterones will enhance thyroid ouput but only for a short while. They also increase estrogen. 7 Keto DHEA, selenium, kelp, ashwangandha, tyrosine and even glandular thyroid extract are much better supplements for increasing T4 and its subsequent conversion to T3.

you can get it seperately or use table salt. ever hear of iodized salt? i.e. table salt
