good updates on this one. One suggestion I have is turn the avocado into guacamole, it's very easy to make. You'll love it, especially with that little Mexican dish. @gar71

@gar71 Bros. Not at all bad on the leg day. I also like how you got your glucose checked. The gym workout is pretty good. I like how you keep things simple and stick to five solid exercises.
