i have been training hard for a number of years, and i know that when doin deep squats and dead lifts, thhe max amount of gh is realeased into your blood, so for this summer i was thinking about doing heavy deep squats as soon as my legs heal from the previous squat day no matter what group im on that day. You guys are the smartest people around when it comes to this stuff, do you think that will be benificial or am i catabolizing the shit out of my self?
I just want to make the gains i've made when i initially started training- without test. Also i recently took a week off, wich is the longest i have been away sice i could remember- is it smart for me to have done that? do i need to gradually get back into it, or could i shock muy muscles by picking up whare i left off?
