Hey everyone....i got my BF% checked for the first time a couple of days ago just to see where i was....so i can make sure that i'm making progress....I'm about to take my finals next week and plan to hit it hard after that and for the remainder of the summer....i'm a 20 year old female and i weigh about 123 lbs. and am 5'7''....my body fat % was 123.3%....i have no idea if that is good or not....i need your imput..also i would like to get some kind of idea of a good diet and workout that could lower that BF%.....i know you get these questions all the time...i just want to start off on the right track...thanks in advance....ladybug
