Going to do blood tests... Did I miss anything?

I'm going to do blood test in a private lab in a matter . I was to know if I've covered all the really absolutly nessecary tests before starting my upcoming cycle.

TOTAL Cholesterol

Could someone point if there are other ESSENTIAL blood tests to run ? Keep in mind I will be paying for all of these tests and just (testosterone test alone would cost me about $150 )

I would do a PSA test. This checks your prostate.

Definitely PSA. Prostate cancer is about the most common one for men lately. You want to check that up.

I just received my readings for GOT and GPT. GOT reads at 76iu/l (it says it should be below 45) and GPT at 50 (it says it should be below 45 too). How bad is this? I mean, are these readings too high or just slightly high? The rest of the blood test, tumoral markers etc are ok.

In other words, are these GOT and GPT too high to consider another cycle in one or two months time?
