whats everyone doing/eating to maintain their glucose levels so you dont feel completely run down after working out?

I'm trying to drop some BF, been drinking MRP's for 2 meals a day, chicken breast, salmon, or flank steak with mixed salad for 4 meals a day. Oatmeal for carbs only in the morning with one of the MRPs.

Feels like I'm completely out of gas and energy level is next to non-existent after a workout.

Thanks in advance.....

NO2 Pre Workout, along with oatmeal/protein
Size-on IntraWorkout
Postworkout I make a shake with using protein powder, honey, glutamine, liquid beef aminos.

I just eat frequent small-moderate portion sized meals every 2-3 hours that contain sufficient amounts of complex carbs, fats & proteins (& necessary micro nutrients) while also maintaining proper hydration, especially post-workout.
