slept much better last night, gonna start dosing my var 20mg 4x ed instead of 40mg pre-workout its making me nausious. Jumped on the scale,no big change since monday...may have actually put on about a half a pound but the mirror is telling me i'm leaning out

About 45min here, I'm not really timing the sets, I'm just making sure I'm not pacing myself. As long as I'm around 40-45min, and around 1hour for back and legs i'm right were I should be imo. Felt a little lethargic yesterday but feeling better today, if I need to i'll drop the var back to 60mg ed we'll see how I feel this week,so far I'm impressed with it tho, I'm already noticing my veins in my delts popping back out and veins popping out in my biceps that i've never seen before.....
 
off day yesterday, had a medium size serving of baked ziti, a small square slice of cheese pizza, 6 or 7 wings and a few handfulls of doritos during the super last night. Back on track with diet today, swapping the ground beef for lean steak cause the ground beef was not agreeing with me
