Nice workout Gj, hope you get your strength back soon, that happened to me this time round it's very frustrating but I'm nearly back to where I left off now after only 2 wks.

I may up my calories for a bit when I add tren depending on how fast I lean out...the fat is melting off me right now so if I can hit 10% by week 5 when I add tren then i'll lean bulk for 4 weeks and take advantage of the muscle building properties of tren

40min lit fasted am cardio 510 calories

dropping the var dose down to 60mg/ed, 80 was just too much. I've been tired all day among some other nasty sides like nausia and headaches :mix:

bumping the albuterol to 12mg/ed also
