maybe you should throw a video of your bench up so it can be critiqued....its very easy to involve your shoulders into your bench press. The bar should be coming down towards the bottom of your chest right around the nipple area (no homo lol)with your elbows tucked in, anything higher than that is gonna involve the shoulders too muchSee i hav no problems with injury just chest wont grow with rest an sure its as my shoulders taken over,i may be wrong an my genetics may jus be shiit but il giv decline a go and see,cheers man n keep up good work
