Man were do I start? This is one of the worst workouts i've ever had, i've probably got 6-7 hours sleep in the past two days and I really felt it, but my quad felt good enough to get to the gym at least but my lifts were WAY down...I'm gonna swap out my flat bench for decline because it puts less stress on my right shoulder which I apparantly caused some type of permanant damage to during my 5x5 programme, nothing I cant work through tho. The last couple days i've been nausious and have had slight cold sweats, this happened the first week or so during my last cycle to so not too worried about it i'm sure it will subside...it's crazy, monday I had one of the best back workouts of my life, hit 6 diff excersizes for about 300 or more reps and pulled 370 on my deadlift in calorie deficit, and the rest of the week has been a mess lol. Just gonna shoot for a good nights sleep and hit shoulders and delts tomorrow
