getting six pack back

when*

New member
I a 29 years old females who always had a six pack since I always did fitness since I was 19, but after my first baby sic pack disappeared and never came back, I have everything I could and nothing works I actually weighting 2 lbs less than before I had my baby and not even like that I see my six, do you think using something like anavar could help to develop some over all muscle and recover my six? thanks.

Steroids such as anavar will increase muscle size and strength - yes
but they can cause side effects in women such as acne, clit enlargement, facial hair growth etc.

Check out this article I wrote on women and anavar -> https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...-part-1-trevor-kouritzin-(muskate)-40568.html

In part 2 I talk about side effect free alternatives like SARMS -> https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...-part-2-trevor-kouritzin-(muskate)-40741.html

I would start off with SARMS first. If after a few SARMS cycles you still don't have the results you want, then consider doing an anavar cycle. It's always best to start slow and take the most conservative approach at first.

I agree with SARMs first. See where you can get to with good diet and training consistently and adding SARMs. It takes something like 2 years for a woman's body to fully return to normal after giving birth. I think it will likely just take time.
