sure georgie, whatever you say. how come i am 6-7% bodyfat and i obtained it through a high protein, med-high carb, and LOW fat diet????? can you explain this to me???
 
every" body" is different. your prolly an ectomoroh with a fast metabolism and can get away with things an endomorph cant... besides when you chase micheal jackson around his never land you tend to burn tons of calories.

Ahhh - I can feel the brotherly love here!

Anyways I have to "partially" agree with napoli when I was eating less than 75 grams of carbs I couldnt think straight and was dizzy when hitting the weights...75+grms of carbs kept me a mad man in the gym but couldnt take me to the next level with my goals so I switched to lower carbs but doubled the fat intake from olive, salmon, and primerose oils, plus I ate way more nuts like soy and cashews, almonds, ect...and past my plateu.
