right now 6'2 about 215lbs, around 13-14% bf, looking to lose the fat and stay in the single digits, heres the plan:
week 1 & 2 frontload 1000mg each week test enth, then
wk 1-8 50mg ed winny,
wk 3-6 500mg test enth
wk 6-8 100mg prop eod
start pct 4 days after last shot

Training: HST done Tues, thurs, sat
Cardio HIIT: 3x a week wind sprints
Diet: TKD

hows this look guys, going for the "robo" look lol.

what ever you asshole, you mama has no gripes when im pounding that ass for 45 mintutes straight w/out a lick of carb in my system. with the amount of cum you ingest daily that would surly make up for the carbs lost if you tried this type of routine

anyways thanks for your input guys, 60grams dextrose post workout, then another 50-60 grams of carbs from oatmeal about 45min later. thats it for carbs for the day.
