Back again, time to update everybodies lifting, how's your circa max's doing? Last week mine was 405 with the blue and green bands, this week 435 same bands last set added purple/pink band , moved about the same, looks like I might just suprise myself and pull this meet off with a good total despite all the minor setbacks
elbow kills my speed on bench and left shoulder is screaming only when I squat now. That's what it means to be a powerlifter-every always squats higher than you, their belly is bigger- something always hurts-and when you get strong your always out of breath. it's good to be strong.
