~Getting a pump in your back.~

Definately go for the exercises that are the most effective in building compund mass like wide-grip chins, barbell rows, deadlifts, tbars. I ve definately found a better pump when you squeeze hard at the top of each rep..............good luck bro

i agree with the barbell rows or even trying some spider rows. If you lighten up the weight and bring the bar up and hold for 5 seconds and slowly bring the bar down, that will definitely help. some guys have a hard time working back because they use their biceps for moving the weight. Just concentrate on pulling your elbows as far back as you can while using a monkey grip( thumb is over the bar not under). Also try doing some dumbbell pull overs, that always makes my lats scream after a back workout.

All the above exercises and workouts will work, but for me it doesn't matter what I do it matters how I do it. Isolation is the key. It's all in your head. I have to concentrate very hard on flexing my lats during every lift. Otherwise, I won't ever get a burn. I usually work each side seperately( except for pull ups and deads) because I can get a better squeeze that way. Also, I never lift over 8 reps on any back exercise because rep 8 is usually when my biceps start to kick in and the workout turns from a killer back workout to a bicep burnout. Thats my 2 cents worth.
