m5: salmon patty, 1 sm potato w/ spray icbinb, 1 c. green beans
m6: s/f jello w/ some apples diced in it.
carbs are lookin toooooo high today so far. I will probably have a proteinshake b4 bed.
I haven't gotten any workouts in for the last 2 days or so. I have been having continual baaad headaches
and man, i don't want to do anything to get my
rate up because it seems to make it pound harder. I dunno what's up.
I've also been having pain in my spine for about a week or two. Not sure what that's about either, but if it doesn't quit soon i'm callin the doc.
