stupid pc wasn't working all day until now...argh!!! I had to work on it for a couple hours to get it functioning
m1: pro shake w/ 1/2 c. yog., 2 str.berries
1/3c. oats
m2: 15 almonds
m3: about 1/3 c. brown rice, chicken leftovers
m4: green apple 2 + 2 tsp anpb
m5: 2 tiny pieces cheese pizza (starved, waited too long to eat)
m6: salad w/ diced chicken cherry tomatoes, lite done right ranch
snack b4 bed: 3 l/f triscuits, 1 tsp anpb
nighty night.!!
