Felt great this morning, to wake up and realize "hey i didn't screw up again yesterday YAHOO!" That is always my first thought in the morning, if i screwed up my diet or not.(well after the "i gotta pee" thought :rolleyes: )
Anyhow i forgot to post up my totals yesterday:

m2: 4 triscuits, tuna salad made with lite mir. whip and 1 boiled egg on a low carb tortilla. (i ate about half the salad so... 3 oz tuna, 1/2 egg, about 1 tbs mir.whip, and mustard, Diet coke.

I am noticing a difference in my stomach, it looks sorta deflated :elephant: and pants aren't as tight!! I like this 40/30/30 !! Well i'm usually close to that anyway. :)

You can have a little MORE after training because your body will use it more quickly. An easy-to-digest protein and carb would be good.

Although it's ideal to eat a fat source before bed, you've also just trained so have the shake and a low GI carb source if you need more for the day.....or add an extra scoop to your protein shake. 900 calories ain't gonna' cut it!!!!!

Eat, Girlie! EAT!!!! lol After a workout, you're body will use those carbs a little faster - so it's all good! :) But, you were still only in the 900's......did you miss a meal somewhere or have to grab something on the run that kept your calories down? Eat up....num, num!
 
I will girrrlll!! Hopefully not toooo much tomorrow though. I've been really good so i hope i can continue it tomorrow. :)

I'm curious as to what your daily ranges are? Calories, Fat, Carbs, Protein etc.

Aiming for 40/30/30 My cals should be around 1150 daily.
 
well girl don't worry about the cals.... it's taken care of :worried: I just ate 2 double stuffed choc. oreos like a psycho woman :silly: :insane: :evil: !! Shoot, and i was doin' so good. Well i can say i put the package away and didn't eat anymore. :verygood:

I'm glad that you had to do it.. If it was me it would have all went inthe toilet. I would have said garbage but even things in the garbage are salvageable!
 
well treilin, i did eat a little bit. But i'm not gonna get all down about it. I don't plan on never eating sweets again anyway. For me it's just not realistic.
But as long as i can CONTROL when I do and GET BACK ON plan right away....i will feel like i've made it.
I am not pleased with my behavior on easter though. I shouldn't have ate so much dessert.
I feel upset at myself for that! That out of control feeling...i hate that!

HA HA HA!!!! You don't EVEN come close to MY "free for all" on Sunday! Sunday's are usually my cheat day anyway - well Sat PM to Sun afternoon.....but I did it up GOOD. All the crap I wanted and didn't feel a BIT guilty!!!! :lmao:

Some of the girls say they can't eat crap after eating clean for so long....unfortunately, that'll NEVER happen to me!! :lmao:

Don't feel bad.....just don't make it a habbit! :D

I was baaad last night! It was my son's birthday yesterday, so I ate the homeade mac and cheese (small portion though) and the cherry cheesecake and 2 cookies. :worried: I sure feel fat and bloated now after 2 sucky days!!
ANd I'm having difficulty getting the "Goodies" out of my mind. WIth easter candy and various other b'day stuff in the house, it's a challenge for me!!

It's been sorta hit and miss with the diet and haven't been doing the workouts. I will be soooo glad when april is over, I have a million things going on right now and this weekend. I probably won't be on too much till next week.

This am:
cardio 30 min on treadmill increasing/decreasing speeds(pre-breakfast)

m1: pro shake with 1/2 c. lightnfit yogurt for flavor
m2: 15 almonds
m3: mission l/c tortilla with 2-3 oz turkey 1 tsp lite miracle whip, lettuce, and 3 cherry tomatoes sliced. Pepsi ONE :verygood:

Of course you can!!!! Ever read my first log? I know you've checked my current one. The point is that we keep on TRYING. It takes some of us a long time to really get into the swing of a healthy lifestyle for whatever reason.

DO NOT GIVE UP!!!! Just brush yourself off and start again.

Going to really try hard today to fight the bad eating tendencies. My plan is to get a weight workout in sometime today or tonight. I would like to get a cardio in but I probably won't for a few days due to pain in my legs (aunt flo is here :evil: ) and when she is i have a lot of unpleasant side effects.
So I will work on the weights and the good eating until then ;) . One step, One day at a time!!
m1: protein shake (1 scoop whey, 1/2 c. s/f f/f yogurt,water) 1/3 c. oats(1 pk splenda,cinnamon)
2 green tea caps
 
m2: about 17 almonds

m3: lc mission tortilla w/ 2 oz chicken (deli healthy choice)lunch meat, 1 tsp light mir. whip, lett., 3 cherry tomatoes, diet pepsi, 2 green tea caps.

*logging into fitday today :) thus far 39/31/31 and 500 some cals, not too shabby so far!* Feeling good, not too hungry.

I was a little disappointed since i always make sure he or whoever gets gifts, bday cake, candles, the works. Just another day :( Didn't even get a call from the MIL but she's a witch anyway! That's no suprise there. I didn't expect a gift from her that's for sure, she didn't even get dh one. IF you're wondering, No she doesn't live out of town, bout 5 min. from us.

I haven't gotten any workouts in for the last 2 days or so. I have been having continual baaad headaches :evil: and man, i don't want to do anything to get my :heart: rate up because it seems to make it pound harder. I dunno what's up. :( I've also been having pain in my spine for about a week or two. Not sure what that's about either, but if it doesn't quit soon i'm callin the doc.
 
Awww... so sorry to hear all that!!! Hope that it clears up soon or that the doctor helps ya get all better ;)

m2 went to arbys, had a chicken cordon bleu grilled chkn sand. yes i ate the bun and i had no idea it was gonna have mayo on it, so i scraped off bout all of it. ate a few curly fries.... :worried:

m5 ate a few p'nut m&ms... for some reason when contact is made with these and my hand, my hand automatically goes north ............ to my mouth. :RADAR :confused: Hmmm!
