I had a really nice day today, birthday party for my sis and Dh. (just don't ask what i ate) and we played cranium..which was really fun!!!
Really helped to get my mind off stuff!

p.s) i did get in an a.m cardio on empty stomach this morn.
But i think the party food probably kinda blew that to heck though. :rolleyes:
 
Hi guys!! This has been a very busy hectic day!

m1: pro shake w/2 tsp anpb, 1/4 c 1% cott.cheese, 1 splenda, h20
m2: 1/3 c. oats, splenda, cinn.
m3: mixed 1 can tuna w/ 2 tsp lite mir. whip and mustard ate about 3/4 of it, + 6 triscuits
m4: 1.5 rice cakes(lightly salted) w/ about 1 tsp ANPB
m5: ground chicken breast patty seasoned w/ chef paul prudhomme's, about 1/2 c. green beans

*on a side note, i fried my ground chicken tonight in pam and seasoned the patties and they were darn good. I think i can eat them just like that. I used the whole pack and ate one and refrig. the rest for the rest of the week.
