^^ SG, you are so right, I have to constantly stay active ... hardest is at work (desk) so that's why EF is always ON ... I need the support from you ladies (& fellas) ;)
 
Good morning :coffee: slept in this am, by accident. My body is tired and staying up tooooo late.

m1: pro shake 2 str.berries,1splenda, 1/2 c. oatmeal,1splenda,cinnamon.
ugh! I feel really full after this. Maybe next time 1/3 c. of oats. :rolleyes:
 
m2: tuna patty made w/1/2can tuna, egg,seasonings
1/2 sweet potato
diet coke

m3: 1 turkey sausage link, 4 protein pancakes(recipe in thread..miss24k's) w/ 2 tsp sugar free allfruit(strawberry) melted and put in pancakes and rolled up :p , water

Good morning! Weight this am= 106 :)

m1: 4 protein pancakes w/ s/f all fruit spread on top(about 2 tbs)
Still pretty darn hungry...gonna have a pro shake too i think :)
