Ideas to reduce a craving for junk:
1.Clean your teeth
2.Drink a large glass or two of water
3.Go outside
4.Look at your body pics - do you like what you see?
5.Look at pics of Bunny - she didn't end up looking so hot by eating icecream
6.Do something fun with your kids
7.Meditate and go to your happy place
8.Have a hot bath, candles and stuff
9.Dance around the room to your favorite music
10.Get the hubby to massage you
I've done them all!! (well except #6 cos I don't have any)
Plus, do me a favour - change your location, girl!! How about 2 steps forward and 1 step back - we need positive mantras 'round here
