Got a sick boy home from kindergarten today
anyhoo, got on the treadmill this am/pre breakfast. 2 mi. on 5%incline. I got a good sweat this time. Probably wasn't working hard enough b4.
m1: protein shake Plain.
Gonna cut out some xtra's out of my diet i think to see what happens. Like pnut butter and maybe the s/f pudding mixes to flavor my shakes. I may cut out sweet potatoes and oatmeal for a bit also. Not sure!
Definitley not going to cheat either.
