Right, i ve recently completed a 5 week cycle in which i gained 8 pounds(not amazing) and wasnt sure what to do next..........for 2 weeks ive been in no mans land with training. Ive been goin to the gym twice a week for the last two weeks and just doing random stuff but the basics( presses, rows, deadlifts, squats with various dumbells/barbells)..........ive been hitting alot of bodyparts in one session but with varied movements. I thought......"ok ive gotta stick to something solid"........i went to the gym today finding that in a week and a half id gained 5 pounds.......could ne one offer an explanation/ advice(BTW my diet has remained the same and ive been doing more sport in these two weeks)
