GAIN 50lbs ON YOUR BENCH IN 50 DAYS

You can find it on the Muscle Media website.
You may have to do a little searching. Seems like its under archived articles or something like that.

Whoever said the program instructs you not to do legs is dead wrong. You do get to do legs, but not a whole lot and you have to do legs the same day as back. I've done this program a few times years ago, in my opinion its obsolete. You would be better off with a Powerlifting Periodization Routine like Ed Coan's or a Westside routine, where you stress triceps and speed.

The program just stated not to do so much legs or other bodypart so as to leave more recovery time for the bench exercises as you will be benching twise a week. If you need the routine check here.

"GAIN 50lbs ON YOUR BENCH IN 50 DAYS " = tren cycle :D

Some people forget that the front delts and triceps go into the Bench. Strengthening those areas, coupled with good form and stretching should increase your bench.

This was a brochure in the muscle media 2000 magazine in the may 1997 issure, its was written by a Sean .......something. In it was a chart which showed and intricate system to benching the proper weights each day. i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of where i could find that chart.

thanks S

I did this a while back before trying any cycle. First time I added 40 lbs to my 1 RM. Its a good program for strength, imo.
