Fucked up my back

I pulled out my lower back. What can help this its been like 3 weeks already I cant go 2 the gym or do any MA training the only thing that helps is aleeve. Not to sound like a pussy. I dont wanna cause anymore injury to it. I went back for One day just to see how it would hold up and did fuckin cardio. and felt worse.
Does it just take time?

Anyone think a single shot of deca will be of any use or harm? it sucks. I wanna be 100% in the gym and for training. but the back is fucked.
 
A single shot of deca is a bad idea.

The ONLY thing to do is go to the doc and find out what is wrong. Otherwise there is no way of knowing how to deal with it, if you can work through it, around it, or if you're making it worse, etc. Its probably something little and stupid that will pass, or you may have done something bad, but you can't tell by yourself.

Get an x-ray, backs problems can put you out for good, Trust me
 
im just getting over a back injury that has kept me from training anything but bench for almost 2.5 months..i dont know wht i did but im guessing i tore/strained an erector.

when i train these days, my right side gets very tight..but this is the opposite side of the one i injured. anybody know what this is from? the injured side feels just fine.

the first week i was injured, the pain movied to the other side of my lower back and ended up worse than the other side

my guess is the injured side is weaker so the stronger side takes over and takes more weight,it should even out
