everytime I have taken hcg (shot IM) it stung like a bitch. I mean, I thought I had been shot. not sure of the brand though, but it was always the same kind. all I do to remove the pain is mix in a little b12 and it will slide right in - no pain at all.

i have used pregnyl at 500iu per shot mixed with B12 subq around bellybutton with no pain what so ever. I suggest to those who get pain to try and mix with B12

I've tried Pregnyl and Chorulon brand HCG....and it stings like a mofo every damn time...similar to being stung by a wasp for a minute or two after the shot. I too shoot sub-q over the abs.

i use b12 everytime with my hcg and don't feel a damn thing. I wonder why some hcg does not hurt as some of you are reporting? because the shit I have used hurts like nothing I have ever felt before!

Yes but it's overkill. You don't need a pin that big.
