Click to expand... Yeah shit. The "7" really adds up. Especially if you are doing two body parts. I'm not doing as many sets as he recommends. I'm training natty and recovery is no problem. I would probably up the volume though if I was on the sauce.

Click to expand... ok...it looked crazy, i had to change it up a bit to fit my schedule but still all basic lifts/sets. i love volume training!
