It would be nice to have an on line journal that is included with platinum memberships. Somewhere that has columns and that is in the womens forums:
For example:
Food Description Time Total Calories Carbs Protein Total Fat
Maybe another couple lines that we could add our workouts & cardio time
Then if we want all to critique it we can just post a message that asks others to please check out my log...
Anyway, I'm no pro on this site... it’s just a thought.
