Food with VERY HIGH protein

i think on anabolex.com ( not working right now ), they had a protein chart with foods and how many grams of protein per serving.

I forgot what the two foods were, but one had something like 63 grams of protein... and the other had like 91 grams of protein?

One of them was like a pasta or something, some type of grain. Any idea of what this is???

Highest I could think of would be lean chicken breasts, tuna, buffalo meat and ostrich meat. All are around 30-50g.

i swear i've seen it.

it had like 60-90 grams of protein per serving....

i don't think it was a meat either, i remember it being some type of grain.

I want to try ostrich meat though...

A grain with that much protein, sure maybe if you ate 15 cups of it haha, and most grain protein are incomplete proteins like rice.

Noodles
chow mein---1 cup---4 grams
egg cooked--- 1 cup---8 grams
Japanese soba cooked---1 cup---3 grams
Shofar no yolks---2oz---91 grams! <---------- anyone know what this is ?

Shofar no yolks also contain 41 grams of carbs

Anyone know how many grams of protein a half pound sirloin steak would contain ?
