I don't want a cassein shake either. I need some food ideas. Nothing too fattening since I am trying to lose weight. I do poached eggs a few nights, but need something else.

- Fat Free Cottage Cheese
- Casein Pancakes (since you don't want the shake)

BTW, I think you have a misconception about fats...eat healthy fats moderately even at night and you will still lose weight. Just avoid any sat fats and you will be fine.
