The decline and incline flys i changed up my routine and went light 1st set 2nd set went heavy 3rd set finished off light makes sense to warm up the muscle, then push it to its limit then warm it down with reps. finished off today with legs extensions and hamstring curls now off to take kids park and do washing and go to work leeesgo
