I have been floored by the flu for 10 days. I have not worked out in 14 days! I lost about 7 lbs during this time. I stepped into the gym for the first time in a fortnight today, did back and tris. My strength, belive it or not has actaully increased, but my endurance is WACK!!
After each set, I go into a coughing fit. I feel better and better each day, but would like some ideas as to how to approach getting back into the gym after the flu. Take it slow or hit it hard?
