I am 3 kilos ugh heavier...so that is 6 lbs, more or less...now I need to burn 21,000 calories...Ay ay ay...according to my calculations that is 3500 cals per lb. of that horrible thing called fat...
Correct me if I am wrong please....

Now..THATS how its done girsl!
I did have an overall body workout yesterday, and some cardio, BUT...I was almost dying last night I think I may have an urianary tract infection...results at 2:00 p.m.
I was up in pain like for 2 hors...heating pad, pain killers water, you name it now, I am sooooooooo sleepy and sore.
If all is ok I will do weights after noon.

Second, get your ass in gear, you know that ass you posted a while back that was JUST PHENOMENAL!?!?!?!

That was my best attempt because I know you are sick and I just want you to feel better. When you do, get back into it slowly. Dont think, just do it, get back into the habit Flor.!

You girls are the best...I am sick taking medicine, tody at lunch (you know i cook) LOL...I just broke down crying like a lady that I am...:lmao: I could not bear the "weight" of my kidneys...They seem like heavy hot stones.
I did train yesterday and I loved it. I am a bit sore so that feels good!
Tomorrow I will hit Sholuders as heavy as I can.
I love weights, cardio is just a way to flaunt it!!! I am nut case!
Today food was ..well you cah judge that and add the correct word...
M1: 3 egg whites 1 yolk
1/2 c oats w/8 almonds 2 large :coffee:
M2:1 zone perfect bar
water
M3: 2 turkey weiners and slice of fresh cheese
Crystal light
M4: 4 almonds water
M5: zone perfect bar
Hope to eat egg whites with salsa as LM and maybe some PB..
