Good to see you driving again! I hear ya on the tight tush goal. My husband took a picture of my booty the other night sitting on a chair and it looked enormous! I think I'll post it on my log just to make you laugh. Because you did ask about triathlete's booty's ;)

Yes I did ask, mostly because a very cardio/worked body is usually not tight, or voluminous...LOL...You have seen the difference with excess cadio vs. weights...
So Tri..you will know what I mean when your older...and all you see are tushes in all types of ads, or shows...
Whatever...
I am off to cardio on empty, just good music on shuffle.
God help me!!!

Ummm, your booty is nicer than mine and I am younger! I'll get a standing booty picture taken of myself and prove it. You'll see I got some butt dimples! I'm being serious, you are very hard on yourself. I know so many women that would :heart: to look as good as you do!

Hi Treil! I hope to keep up with goals! LOL...Today was good...Light cardio to be honest...:lmao: I killed 2 pairs of trail running shoes, brooks, and the north face...I will be in USA at the end of the week to get new ones...LOL i know it sounds as if live in a country where things are hard to find...some are...specially size 9.5 womens shoes...So I did what I could with nike free. Gym closes on monday so as i have said before, my weights begin on tuesdays. Diet has been good, water not so.
M1:2 egg whites 1 whole egg
1/2 C oatmeal, 1 TBSP ground flax seed
24 oz. coffee.
M2: 1 zone perfect bar
LOTS OF GUM
M3: 1C steamed peas, 4 oz ground chicken breast, 1 serving jell-o.
I will be going to tanning booth in a while...I am sleepy...OH and tonight WATCH PRISON BREAK

I know all about the wearing out of shoes.. I have been through so many. I wear a 9.5/10 so I know about the size issue.
Haven't been drinking enough water lately?!? I'm horrible at that...
Diet looks decent though!! You'll have those buns you desire in no time!!
