Today Tuesday is Back workout
Chin ups 4 sets of 12-6 reps...
Pullovers 3 sets 10-12 w/2 sec. pause
Straight arm pulldowns 3 sets 10-12w/pause...
HITT...I think I may have to do it on treadmill...maybe raining...if not...in golf course...
Diet so far ok not as tight...no junk food maybe too many carbs..boiled beans...tortillas...Yum :chomp:

Had an early leg workout!!! It was good and I am back in the drivers seat.
I have one goal...Tight tush...so be it!
Tight diet and H2O hand by hand...I know age sucks in terms of beauty, skin and that exterior stuff...So I can only do so much...Not Dorian Grey here :lmao:
So I will do what I can to keep inside the parameters of being tight and lean.
I will not compare myself to models, or bodies half my age...
I will be happy I can move & have a nice place to live, gym, food, & shelter...
I will be my own cheerleader, and cherish myself.
I must repeat that daily...like 10000 times...

Tanning bed..yes I know..20 minutes.
M2: 3 egg whites 1/4 c oats w/ water 7 almonds.
24 oz. french roast coffee...
going to try and have some more water....
