I had a great morning! Followed some friends who were competing ina 1/2 marathon, around the city...It was a good recreational cardio morning...
After that followed BF for his road bike w/o....
Came home showered and went to Country Club, for lunch...
Of course I ate junk...cheese really...
We just had "snacks"...and did not make it to the protein...
Stomach is now upset...growling...and now I am hungry!!!
It wa a nice lunch BF & I looked Hawt.....
Will post pic of me & Mtn. bike....

I had a good leg workout
*ASTF squats on smith 5X8 (low weight)40lbs 6 TUT.
*walking lunges 20lbs. DB 30 steps X3
*Leg Curl 3 X 8 65lbs. 6 TUT
*Leg extensions...blah..not good there...3 X 8 60lbs.
*Glute machine...vertical 3 X 12 70lbs.
*Seated calf 3X15 70 lbs.
