Last week Thursday I hit 5 sets of 315 5 reps 5,5, 5 and 4. I get under 315 again this last Thursday and I struggle to get 3 reps my first set.. Damn that shit gets me so discouraged! I think what may have attributed to it is working extra hours this week and in return also affecting my eating habits. Does this happen to u guys as well ? The day before I dead lifted 5 sets of 315 for 8 reps a set. I had a killer back day that day. Maybe that was it. Maybe I was just cashed. Any feed back is welcomed
