Sinus headache already...allergies were a mess this weekend

Yeah my eyes are so itchy I think I pulled out half of my eyelashes!!! Lots of fun!

Okay back on track this month threw me off my plan BAD!!
On a kinda sad note..this is my daughters last day of preschool.....All three of my girls went here and I just love the teacher....I am so bummed that we are done! Graduation is tomorrow night for her LOL

Calf raises....3 x 290# 10 reps
squats.....3 x 100# 12 reps
cable kickbacks....3 x 50# 12 reps
one legged squat press(bad knee) 3x30#....to failure

lean pork(no fat)
