Gymgurl Plat Hero Platinum Apr 27, 2006 #244 April 26th Edge carb contol bar watermelon 2 wasa crackers natty pb sf jelly chicken brown rice 3 cookies cals 1312 a gallon water 1 hour spin class Okay here I know I am not eating enought when I do spin class at 8opm go home eat dinner but wake up at 3:00am and eat cookies becasue my hunger woke me up...BUT did I tell ya a signup for spin and loved it...damn hard but fun!!
