First Time Cycle for strength gains advice needed

This will be my first cycle for strength gains. I am trying to improve my LIFTS for bench, squat and deadlift.

Age-22
bodyweight- 210
bench-325 1rm
deadlift-440 1rm
squat- 500 1rm approx.

again not really interested in "cutting" i want to experience optimal strength gains

training for rugby. i was thinking a cycle along these lines

20-25 mg dbol for 4 weeks
500 mg test e a week for 8-10 weeks
either equipoise or deca (orboth?) for 10 weeks at 400 mg for eq. and/or 500 mg for deca
40 mg of Var for 4 weeks at end of cycle
also nolvadex for anti gyno and clomid PCT
input and suggestions would be great, thank you!
 
Pretty good bro but if you run Deca (which I love) you gotta run dostinex.
You might consider Diesel in place of the dbol. Diesel works super well.
You should put an AI in there such as Aeromasin, Nolva is outdated.
IMO you dont really need to run both Eq and Deca but thats up to you. I would put Tbol in place of the Var. I love Tbol and its much less too.
I would also add N2Guard. No cycle should be without it.

thanks bro, good info. Is tbol better for strength then var? i like the fact that it is cheaper, also im not familiar with diesel but will look into it. will prob run deca and drop the equipoise
 
is it your first cycle or just your first cycle for strength?

if it is just your first cycle I would just go with test.. maybe 20mg of dbol to start but generally just test as a first cycle is good. Think of it as an investment in learning how to cycle.

if it is not your first cycle then I would do test and an oral at the end. front load the test and finish with tbol or var or even dbol. I think one oral per cycle is a good rule to stick with for a long time.
 
I did a similar thing this season for rugby. On the first attempt I went straight 300mg deca a week for 4 weeks on it's own and no pct. Gained a lot of strength, no side effects but sex drive was dead for 3 weeks after stopping. To fix this second time 300mg deca a week with 150mg test 6 weeks with hcg pct. The deca does wonders for your joints and your strength just explodes. Also gives you a superiority complex on the field and no-one will tackle you on first hit. Again no sides during but some shut down after finishing.
