First day on WBB routine, not too confident

First of all, the volume is about 1/3 of what I used to do. I know that's a lot, but I never got sore with it, so still felt like it wasn't enough. I'm sure as hell not going to be sore after this day, that's for sure. And I was done in 38 minutes! I plan to spend an hour in the gym, I pay for an hour of parking, and I'm done in 38 minutes. What am I supposed to do with the remaining 22? Today I did a little ab work, but....? I guess some running (but I was already gonna do cardio on an off day or two and I'm supposed to be bulking).

I had this problem before where I felt I wasn't getting enough out of my workouts, so you can imagine how i feel now. The only thing I can think of is that maybe I'm just such a big pussy, I'm not doing nearly enough weight. So I wanted to see if the weight I'm using is just too little for someone of my size (6'2", 185lbs, probably up to 13-14% bf now but still a scrawny bastard). This is from today:

Bench: 6@140, 6@150
Incline DB: 2x6 w/ 55's
Dips: 2x8 (no weight, don't have a belt. when I did these, my tris were feeling it, I didn't feel jack in my chest)
Chin-ups (wide grip pullups): 2x6 with 60lbs assitance (I think)
Deadlifts: 6@100, 6@120
Barbell rows: I couldn't even do these, due to the "gangly nerd" syndrome I mentioned in an earlier post. I tried using the smith machine and could do a couple mediocre-form reps with 100lbs. I need to figure out how to do them or a replacement.
Shrugs: 10 w/ 55's

Yes, these are truly pathetic numbers. But that's why I'm posting, I'm new to this and I need to get progressing. I could post what I do for the exercises on the other two days, but that would get long, so I won't unless suggested. I'm just really hard up here for some answers.

I'm not overly familiar with what WBB recommends for their routine. If, however, you are taking your work-sets to failure and hitting the prescribed rep range--while using impeccable form-- then the fact that you're lifting less or more weight than someone else is irrelevant. The last rep of each set on a low-volume routine like this should be excruciatingly difficult. If you're just sort tossing the weight around and quitting when you feel somewhat fatigued, though, that ain't gonna cut it. It's all about intensity(At least with a routine like this.)

I personally have never felt comfortable performing barbell rows and generally use a machine. Or trying doing one-arm DB rows where you support yourself on a bench.
