Not a clue why i put 10 it was saposed to say 7 as per the bottle directions but i will give 5 a try deff and not do more than 10 weeks is what i beleive the bottle says for forma. The hcg or generate i was looking more for the last stretch of the cycle to make pct a smoother process with more gains kept. I have already ordered some of the power chews
Awesome thanks for the help everyone and as far as a blog goes if anyones interested let me know, as of right now im third week in, injections are no problem, my weights keep going up, im up 6 pounds, blowing my mind how much im eating and i have to force myself to leave the gym everytime!
