first cyle has finally started! any and all tips are welcome:)

+1 on the hockey, don't use the "hardgainer" myth...I used to be a goalie in my early years, give up the puck or your ahem; goal of bulking up, you can't do both.........

well i give you credit for posting pics and doing your homework.

but i still think if you followed my 2 links in my signature on a bulking diet and a 3 day workout split you could easily get to 200 pounds. you look athletic but you are still way below what i think you could be naturally. your legs especially i bet alone you could put on 10 pounds of muscle.. build up a strong trunk first

if you honed in your diet and workouts more you would have a much more successful first cycle




I agree with Steve, if you can't gain any weight ,then how do you expect to keep all of that new muscle? Your food intake should be your highest priority before starting a cycle.

I have the hardest time explaining this to people.
They just refuse to except it.
 
I agree with Steve, using AAS is a pretty serious step down the bodybuilding road, particularly with the goal and compounds involved.... It's a bit like proposing to your girl even though you have a couple of 'bits on the side' ....your girl is bodybuilding and your bits on the side are hockey and boxing...

Dylan i will go to my local supplement store and get something as close to n2gaurd as i can. I will up my test to 12 weeks and adjust my pct accordingly (weeks 14 to 18) and i will also look into the DAA powerchews. The hcg i will look into right away as i cannot get it from where i get my aas but i have heard about

locations in the city that actually administer it for you legally and safely due to people wanting to use it for weight lose and help with energy levels etc etc.



If the worst thing about this cycle is my boxing and hockey i can deff fix that, After all the research time and money iv spent on this cycle i want to get everything i can out of it so i will cut out the other activities and focus soley on this goal.

My calories are a minimumof 4000 but at the end of the day usually are around 4600 to 4900, The past 2 days i focused on 5500 though and actually got there easier than i thought i would be able to protein obviously was upped with the calorie change as well.



as far as my diet goes I think it is more than good enough and my workout routine is something iv worked on and tweaked for a long time, push/pull/rest/shoulders/legs/rest/rest of course mixed with core twice per week and other little things dependent on how my body feels, but i will deff read up on your links and take what i can from them.

Ok seriously wtf is up with isteroids? He post the same stupid shit about nolva like atleast five times a day that i can see and one nolva is shit and two he just says add novla. Am i the only one seeing this. It just seems weird and suspect.
