first cyle has finally started! any and all tips are welcome:)

Hey guys, after about a year and a bit of tireless research, reading and lurking my first cycle is here. I would be classified as your typical hardgainer i eat huge and train hard 5days a week in the gym as well as hockey and boxing 2 days a week each but have an almost impossible time gaining muscle mass.

I feel very confident both physically and mentally with doing this aas cycle but the more info i can get from the experienced members here the better far as im concerned.

diet is very clean after seeing a dietician a year ago, 4000 calories ed minimum, 300 grams of protein, high carbs low sodium and sugar.
training sense 17, seriously for past 4 years as well as working to become a personal trainer.
my goal is to push past my wall in the gym and put on and KEEP 5-10 lbs of muscle mass, as my goal weight for years now has been 200lbs with 8-12% bf.

weeks 1-4 Dbol 30mgs ed
weeks 1-10 test e 500mg per week split into 2 injections mon and thur
weeks 1-12 arimidex .5mg e3d
weeks 1-16 liver and joint sapport/fish oils/omegas/vit e, all as directed



PCT
weeks 13-16 clomid at 50/50/25/25
weeks 13-16 unleashed post cyle combo as directed
weeks 13-16 forma stanzol 5 pumps am 5 pumps 5pm
weeks 13-16 creatine 15/15/15/15
possibly run bridge as well.

possibly hcg weeks 4-11 at 500 iu split into 2 injections per week depending if i can get a reputable product.

not too bad of a layout and its nice to see someone who did their homework...

i would run test for 12 weeks as opposed to 10...

with dbol, you need n2guard... weeks 1-4

i would add daa powerchews or powder to your pct...

everything else looks pretty good...

if you bump your test up to 12 weeks then run hcg 500 iu's week from 7-14...
 
Shoot for 360 grams of protein a day, and see if you can limit some of the cardio. Other then that, it looks like you've done your home work. Are you planning on blogging it?
 
well i give you credit for posting pics and doing your homework.

but i still think if you followed my 2 links in my signature on a bulking diet and a 3 day workout split you could easily get to 200 pounds. you look athletic but you are still way below what i think you could be naturally. your legs especially i bet alone you could put on 10 pounds of muscle.. build up a strong trunk first

if you honed in your diet and workouts more you would have a much more successful first cycle

4k on cycle with all that activity will not be enough IMO you should aim for 5-5.5k clean cals per day and see how things go from there, if you start gaining fat drop it back a little but I can't imagine that being a problem....

I'd advise you grab some taurine, test/dbol together can cause crippling muscle pumps for some, I find it uncomfortable to walk 1km to work on that stack, for me running even 200m is impossible and you're gonna be boxing and playing hockey.... for this reason IMO Dbol really isn't a great choice for those involved in sports of that nature, you may need to alter your dose or drop it altogether if this becomes a problem

All that being said even the test alone would give you the result you're looking for provided you manage to eat enough quality food, just remember that your bulking diet on this cycle may well become your new maintenance diet once you finish....

yep thats what i thought. the hockey and boxing especially are gonna burn up a shit ton of calories and make it impossible to gain muscle.

OP you better make a decision right now. do you want to focus on bodybuilding or do you want to focus on those 2 other sports? hockey is absolutely brutal, those guys are drenched in sweat and they are playing on ice !! and boxing there is a reason those guys are scrawny, its a lot of sweating and a lot of muscle wasting with all the cardio they do. I'm not talking about Mike Tyson heavyweight boxers, I'm talking about the welterweights and middleweight guys. they have very LEAN muscle, they cannot afford to put on tons of muscle or they would have to fight in a bigger weight class

bodybuilding is about large muscle mass, we do not strive for lean muscle like in other sports. and to build large muscle mass you need to ease way up on all that cardio. lift big to get big and eat big to get big. you can blame your genetics all you want but most bodybuilders were skinny when they were younger too.. i weighed 123 pounds when i was 17.
 
No way should you add nolvadex. That shit is trash. The NTBM pct products are all natural and will get you functioning without making you feel like death took a shit on you.

Nice that you did your homework bro, there will never again be gains like you get from your first cycle.

Everything looks solid with the cycle. The only things Id add is hcgenerate weeks 4-10 and run hcg 10-14. Id also run the test 12 weeks. And the last thing Id run clomid at 25 mg a day. Clomid is effective but too much will make you emotional and sensitive. And Id cut out the extra activities like boxing. That will consume all of those calories that growing muscles need. It doesnt matter if your body is anabolic, when you dont have the fuel to feed it.
