first and last cycle . use it for hypertrophy or strenght ?

in turkey the only real gear i can find is sustanon and serms (tamoxifen and ai etc) and it took me a year to find enough for one cycle so its going to be my real first and last cycle . i trained for hypertrophy for 3 years and been doing strenght for 3 months.

the question is. i will only do ONE CYCLE. should i use my precious rare sustanon for strenght (5x5 all compounds) or hypertrophy (some compounds mostly isolation 3x10) ? which one would be harder to improve naturally? ( i cant naturally gain size anymore )




stats and details : 24 years old. i was 53 kg 173 cm before i started bb. now i am 80 kg around %15 bf so i almost hit my genetic limit. i tried sleeping 10 hours a day eating 1 kg chicken half kg rice a day fruits fats all junk food tons of bcaa whey creatine glutamine and it only inreased my belly fat. tried compound only .isolation only .drop sets. pyramid. 45 min workout. 1.5 hours workout. nothing worked. i simpy cant get anymore size but i am still getting stronger with 5x5 . my natural body is like weak asian type and naturally have low test.i used fake gear twice and real sustanon only 1 month i dont count them as first cycle since one month is too short

if thats all you can get for a cycle then you have no business running anything... you have no pct? no ai? its far from complete...

OP, what you should use your cycle for is up to you. If adding mass is important, then by all means eat like a horse and bulk the f up.

For various reasons I'd avoid nolvadex (tamoxifen) (http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/p...-therapy/how-nolvadex-outdated-1002243-2.html)

If you can get clomid and aromasin, along with any natural support sups like those from ntbm, predator nutrition, mrsupps or bodybuilding.com, then you should be fine. Forma Stanozol is a good option too if aromasin isn't available.

If you can't get a serm, ai, and test support then it's not worth it (in my opinion) because you'll like lose a lot of your gains and/or increase your risk for permanent damage.

to answer the intended question...

once you do find a complete cycle, it depends on your goals what you train for... i would aim for hypertrophy and get the most size that you can out of it...

by doing so i will have a size which i can not gain naturally which means i am passing my genetic limit. will i still be able to keep my gain with proper pct and diet?
