do you work each BP once or twice per week?

there is so much debate on whether to train each bodypart once or twice a week..so lets hear what you like to do....

i can only train each bodypart once every 7 days ,some can do more good for them,but i can grow on less time in the gym
 
I have always been a big believer in each bodypart once a week... however.. I am trying something a little different..Im training my bi's, tri's and calves twice a week for a while... I figure that they are smaller muscles and thus recover faster then the larger muscles..... granted the second workout of the week is not as hard as the first.... just a good few exercises that get a good pump going........ overall though I would say go with once a week...
 
I TRAIN EACH BP ONLY ONCE A WEEK, EXCEPT LEGS, SINCE THERE IS NO INDIRECT TRAINING AS WITH UPPER BODY.
 
Once a week. But I don't necessarily think more times a week is overtraining. Therefore, I didn't answer your poll. ;)
 
keep em coming, WPH you really think that full body workouts are better for mass?? how many sets you do per BP per workout??
and how long are you in the gym??

Depends on your job.
I move furniture for a living, so once a week is plenty for me.
If you sit on your ass all day or you dont have a job, twice would be fine.
I have to eat and rest twice as much as the next man because all day I'm lifting furniture.
 
it depends on your workout intensity. I would suggest to train each bodypart once per week with high intensity , plus 1 extra training for laging body parts (calves and forearms in my case)
 
I SEEM TO GROW BETTER BY TRAINING ONE BODY PART PER WEEK....
I USED TO DO 2 BODY PARTS PER WEEK,BUT I HIT A PLATEU...NOW WITH ONE A WEEK I SEE A HUGE DIFFERENCE.
 
I've usually trained each bodypart twice a week and my progress was good. But I've read a lot and worried that it might be over training so I reduced it to once a week and now my strength is really straggeringly low. I'm going to change it so I train each bodypart on average, 1.5 times a week as a comprimise.

I don't agree with this, sounds like a wussy way out to me. Anyone else use this type of training? what kind of results do you get?
 
Once a week cause it is too stressfull on your body to do it twice if you go Balls-to-the-wall.

Twice a week if you are on Gear

I agree, although once every 6 days for my. I don't take any days off excpet a full week off on every 6th workout cycle
